Climate Robotics

Daniel W. Mulqueen received his bachelor's degree from the Colorado School of Mines in Engineering Physics and his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University. He has designed processes and equipment for the production of renewable, plant-based carbon materials including biochar, bio-coal, activated carbon, carbon fillers, and nanocarbons. He is currently working as the CTO of Climate Robotics, developing in-field processes for biochar conversion. He is also working with ODU on research on the mechanisms of interaction between graphitic nanoparticles and composite systems.
